Fees – Behruz Chiropractic

We are an in-network provider for HMSA (BlueCross/BlueShield), HMAA, VA (TriWest) and Hawaii Laborer’s Union.

We also accept many other insurances as out of network providers such as United Health Care, UHA, Aetna, Cigna and others.

Chiropractic coverage varies per plan. Please provide us with your insurance card so we can check your benefits for coverage and any copays.

If you were involved in an auto accident, personal injury or work accident, please contact us as we also accept personal injury cases and Worker’s compensation claims (Attorney, Auto insurance, PIP, MedPay).
